What is PM Interview Prep Club?
PM Interview Prep Club is a comprehensive platform designed to help you prepare for all aspects of product management interviews. We offer practice challenges in Guesstimates, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Product Design, Product Strategy, and more. Our platform is perfect for aspiring product managers and those looking to enhance their PM interview skills.
What types of challenges do you offer?
We currently offer practice challenges in Guesstimates, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Product Design, and Product Strategy. We're constantly adding new challenge types to cover all aspects of PM interviews.
Is there a peer-to-peer mock interview feature?
We are currently developing a peer-to-peer mock interview feature that will allow users to practice with each other. This feature is coming soon and will provide an even more realistic interview preparation experience.
How do I get started?
Sign up for an account, verify your email, and you will be able to access your first challenge. Start with the available challenge and work your way up as you complete more.
How are challenges structured?
Each challenge presents a question that requires estimation. You will have access to a whiteboard for calculations, hints to guide you, and a time limit to add pressure similar to real interview scenarios.
How is my answer scored?
Your score is based on the accuracy of your estimation, the time taken to complete the challenge, and the number of hints used. The closer your estimate and the faster you solve it with fewer hints, the higher your score.
How do I progress to more challenges?
As you complete challenges, you will unlock new ones. The platform progressively unlocks sets of three new challenges as you demonstrate proficiency.
Can I retry challenges?
Yes, you can retry challenges to improve your score or practice different approaches. Your best score will be used for the leaderboard.
What is in the leaderboard?
The leaderboard shows the top performers based on their cumulative scores for monthly competitons. It is a great way to see how you stack up against other users and track your improvement.
How can I improve my skills?
Practice regularly, analyze the hints provided, and review your approaches after each challenge. The Learn section also provides valuable resources and tips.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently, PM Interview Prep Club is a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is in our future plans.
